Marketing Coordinator Intern for Kilian Paris

About Us:
Kilian Paris is a luxury fragrance brand that aims to put perfumery back on its pedestal and return it to its former glory. With a focus on elegance and uncompromising luxury, the brand is looking for a Marketing Coordinator Intern to support Consumer Marketing Activations in EMEA.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting Consumer Marketing Activations in EMEA by providing implementation guidelines to the markets and reporting key figures to Global Brands.
- Collecting and elaborating results and pictures from affiliates.
- Providing top-line views to global teams.
- Conducting marketing analysis on earned and paid media activations and communication KPIs.
- Pulling competitive insights and monitoring key competitor activations across all channels.
- Overseeing reports shared by regional Corporate Consumer Insights teams.
- Coordinating and organizing consumer updates during monthly meetings with affiliates.
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and computer skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1-year work experience in a related field.
- Previous relevant marketing experience.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to work.
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
