Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that product quantities from suppliers and destined for our clients (or internally) are in line with orders, within the specified deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

1. Verify product quantities from suppliers and ensure they meet order requirements.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate data entry in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
4. Analyze daily inventory reports to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
5. Coordinate with our logistics team to optimize inventory management and ensure smooth delivery processes.
6. Collaborate with our purchasing team to identify new suppliers and improve our supply chain efficiency.
7. Work closely with our commercial team to resolve inventory-related issues and meet client needs.
8. Implement and maintain our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and WMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
