Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Senior Project Manager to join our Structuring & Execution department. This role will be based in Paris or one of our French offices (Nantes, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Toulouse).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects in structuration and execution phases, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and safety requirements.
  • Lead the coordination of project teams, including stakeholders such as lenders, equity investors, administrations, contractors, and third parties.
  • Perform risk assessment and technical due diligence, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  • Coordinate the selection, negotiation, and enforcement of EPC, O&M, and other supply agreements.
  • Report on HSE, E&S, contractual issues, schedule, budget, and progress follow-up, and manage the construction site team.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing renewable energy project teams under structuration and/or execution phases.
  • Strong background in coordinating and managing interfaces between project stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform risk assessment and technical due diligence.
  • French and English mandatory; Spanish or other language a plus.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, agility, and flexibility, with the ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Information
  • Type of contract: permanent.
  • The position is open to remote work, up to 2 days per week + 10 floating days per year.
