Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Controlling Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data for both our French and Singaporean operations.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Produce comprehensive financial reports and analyses, including monthly profit and loss statements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Monitor and analyze monthly cost budgets across various departments, ensuring adherence to allocated funds.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Revenue & Order Tracking:
  • Track daily order placements and revenue evolution, providing timely updates on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Process Improvement & System Management:
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial processes and systems.
  • Ensure the effective utilization of management tools and software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a controlling role within a production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Operational level of English language proficiency.
