Job Title: Assistant Ressources Humaines H/F

At Elis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Ressources Humaines H/F to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring a positive working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks and Payroll: You will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks and payroll for employees in your area, including contract drafting, hiring and termination procedures, and various certificates.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: You will manage recruitment for non-executive positions on site in collaboration with operational managers and local employment networks.
  • HR Advice and Compliance: You will provide tailored advice to managers while ensuring compliance with legal and contractual labor obligations.
  • Training and Development: You will participate in the training policy of the center and manage the training plan.
  • Safety and Well-being: You will contribute to the definition and implementation of the center's safety policy and drive improvements in working conditions and safety.
  • Social Events: You will organize various social events at the center.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience: Significant experience in a personnel department, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in SAP and/or HR ACCESS software is a plus.
