Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Expert Barista to join our team at Génération Intérim. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our coffee boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their coffee experience.
- Coffee Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our coffee offerings, including flavor profiles, brewing methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the boutique is well-maintained, clean, and organized, adhering to our brand standards and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, process orders, and receive shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in sales and customer-facing roles, with a strong passion for coffee and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training in coffee, sales, or customer service an asset.
