Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at SKILLS RH. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, counsel, and support clients on quality-related matters, including policy presentation, procedure reminders, and proposal of improvement axes.
  • Study internal service feedback and handle customer complaints.
  • Identify and propose training evaluations.
  • Constitute and process files for the Quality Follow-up Committee.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience in client relations.
  • First experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office and computer tools.
