About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Cyber Defense team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a service/product aligned with the Service Level Agreement signed with our entities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enhance the products in alignment with business needs and security requirements
  2. Develop and manage the relationships with AXA entities on security products and technologies
  3. Evangelize the product delivered by Cyber Defense at CISO Level
  4. Lead an annual productivity plan in order to optimize the running costs of the product
Product Delivery
  1. Work with entities to enhance the existing solution (Proofpoint)
  2. Work Entity Security teams to ensure Cyber Defense services are delivered to the agreed QoS
  3. Work with the security technology teams and Chapters to ensure maximum risk reduction is obtained from existing security solutions
  4. Work with AXA Group Procurement to manage the relationship with key security vendors
Roadmap
  1. Create, own and maintain the tactical roadmap in alignment with Product Forum decisions
  2. Work with the Technology Lead to ensure consistency between the tactical roadmap and the strategic roadmap
  3. Align with and manage the vendor relationship in order to receive inputs on the next releases
  4. Estimate the potential impact on the current product delivered to the entities
  5. Communicate/explain the tactical roadmap on a regular basis to the entities
  6. Drive the day to day delivery of the tactical product roadmap
Budget Management
  1. Manage, communicate and optimize the budget for Proofpoint product
  2. Update the chargeback model to the entities
Project Delivery
  1. Deliver the projects related to the Proofpoint product roadmap
  2. Act as primary project sponsor for all projects related to Proofpoint
  3. Estimate the required project costs in July for the next year in alignment with the tactical roadmap
Qualifications

Education:

  1. Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a closely-related subject

Overall Work Experience:

  1. At least 7 years of experience in IT
  2. 5 years of experience in Information Security

  1. Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure
  2. Operate comfortably at management level
  3. Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  4. Strong networking skills
  5. Team player
