Job Summary:

CAP INGELEC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team. As an HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and contractors on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface Management: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Procedure Integration: Integrate client procedures into our health, safety, and environmental management system to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Site Meetings: Participate in regular site meetings to discuss health, safety, and environmental issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Situation Evaluation: Conduct regular site visits to evaluate working conditions and identify potential hazards.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits of site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Consulting: Provide expert advice on health, safety, and environmental matters to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Non-Conformity Management: Identify and manage non-conformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Accident/Incident Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Weekly HSE Reports: Prepare and submit weekly HSE reports to management.
  • Charte Chantier Vert: Implement and maintain the Charte Chantier Vert (Green Site Charter) to ensure sustainable and environmentally friendly practices on site.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, safety management, or a related field).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
