Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Quantitative Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models and risk management strategies to support our energy trading and risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and risk management strategies to support energy trading and risk management activities
  • Collaborate with traders and risk management teams to understand market risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Design and implement stochastic models to price derivatives and manage risk
  • Work with IT teams to develop and implement risk management systems
  • Monitor and report on model performance and risk exposure
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience as a quantitative analyst in energy trading and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of stochastic models, financial modeling, and risk management
  • Excellent programming skills in C# and Python
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services or other big data environments
