Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at ADMR. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist with medication reminders and other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
