Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing procurement and supplier orders
• Negotiating purchase conditions, including consumables (price, delivery times, quality)
• Ensuring rigorous tracking of orders and deliveries
• Contributing to stock optimization and cost reduction
• Managing disputes with suppliers regarding quality issues
• Participating in inventory management
• Monitoring KPIs (breakage rates)
• Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement actions

You must have a minimum of a Bac+2 degree in Purchasing/Logistics with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

To successfully perform your duties, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (confirmed level), speak English and Italian (essential), possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong sense of negotiation.
