Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Logistics Technician to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for resolving physical and computer-based incidents reported by customers or company internal departments.
Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve incidents reported by customers or company internal departments
* Use SAP to conduct analyses and identify the most appropriate points of contact to resolve incidents
* Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information and resolve incidents
* Monitor new procedures introduced by departments
* Maintain communication with operations staff to ensure internal processes are respected
* Ensure knowledge of departments and logistics flows to analyze and resolve issues within lead times
* Ensure ability to use all information systems operated by all departments
Requirements:
* Minimum of years of experience in logistics or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
