Global Digital Project Manager

Role Overview:

As part of the Communication division and under the guidance of the Global Digital Manager, you will engage in the execution of digital strategies for COTY's niche brands, including Jil Sander, Tiffany & Co, and INFINIMENT COTY PARIS. Your enthusiasm for digital innovation and technology will empower you to merge analytical prowess with creativity, uncovering new avenues to enhance the digital and CRM performance of the brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the digital strategy for our niche brands for the upcoming fiscal year.
  • Create and manage social media calendars, collaborate with agencies, and explore methods to boost our social media performance.
  • Analyze paid media campaign reports, establish KPIs, and extract key insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and execute digital initiatives for new product launches across our brands.
  • Oversee the management of our brands' social media profiles, focusing on editorial planning, brand voice, and audience growth.
  • Develop comprehensive digital toolkits to ensure markets have the necessary resources for effective communication regarding new launches.
  • Identify industry trends and high-performing content.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and assess brand performance.
  • Review e-commerce content and the consumer digital purchasing journey on key online retailers.
  • Formulate strategies for data acquisition and customer loyalty.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar for newsletters to ensure ongoing customer engagement and direct-to-consumer conversion.
Candidate Profile:

Fluency in English and French with exceptional business writing capabilities.

  • Possesses a strong analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the digital and social media landscape, with the ability to be innovative on social platforms.
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of accountability.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects while aligning with brand identity.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Klavyo, Sprinkr, and Traackr is advantageous.
