At Danone, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Food Safety Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our Quality and Food Safety Audit Team, you will be responsible for conducting audits of our co-manufacturers' facilities to ensure compliance with our quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct audits of co-manufacturers' facilities to identify and report quality and food safety risks.
- Develop and implement a robust quality and food safety audit system to ensure compliance with Danone's standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address quality and food safety risks.
- Provide training and coaching to local co-manufacturers' auditors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct audits effectively.
- Participate in auditors' networks and calibration sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy in audit results.
- Contribute to the development of our quality and food safety audit system to ensure it remains effective and efficient.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a quality and food safety function.
- Mandatory factory experience in a quality and food safety or production role.
- High knowledge of quality and food safety standards and food technologies.
- Risk-based approach oriented.
- Well-organized with auditing, synthesis, and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and work with confidential and strategic material and information.
- Fluency in English and fluency in a second language is a plus.
