Boussard & Gavaudan, a leading alternative investment management group, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team in Paris.

About the Role

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's activities comply with relevant financial regulations. You will work closely with our Compliance Department to implement and maintain effective compliance processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with our Compliance and Control Internal Plan (PCCI)
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports (AIFM, FATCA, CTA, short selling, etc.)
  • Assist in updating controls and procedures for the group
  • Validate trading requests and event participation submissions
  • Participate in permanent control works to ensure process reliability and regulatory compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with international regulatory developments
  • Contribute to cross-functional department projects
  • Train colleagues on new regulations and compliance policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to the trading and management teams on regulatory matters
Requirements

We are looking for a recent graduate (BAC +5) in finance and compliance or a related field who is eager to specialize in compliance, internal control, or deontology. You should have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork and organization.
