About the Role
We are seeking an Apprentice / Trainee Payroll Accounting Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll data, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide support to the payroll team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in payroll accounting or related field
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment
