Senior Compensation Specialist

Position Overview
As a key member of the Corporate Expert Services team within the HR department, you will play a vital role in the development of a new cloud-based HRIS solution for the Group. Your involvement will be crucial in shaping significant projects for our independent international Group, which has been a prominent player in the electrical energy sector for over a century.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass both strategic and operational aspects, including:
- Designing, implementing, and managing the Group's job evaluation system and salary structure;
- Overseeing and executing salary increase processes and annual bonus systems;
- Developing performance-based compensation programs, including incentive and bonus plans;
- Conducting job evaluations and market analyses to establish appropriate salary scales and compensation structures;
- Providing support to internal partners regarding compensation matters;
- Staying abreast of compensation trends and best practices to offer continuous improvement recommendations.
Location and Flexibility
The position is ideally based in a central location, with the possibility of remote work, requiring occasional in-person attendance.
Qualifications
You hold a master's degree with a specialization in compensation and have cultivated expertise in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation in an international context.
Your strong communication skills in change management and interpersonal relations enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
With a minimum of four years of experience, you possess a solid understanding of compensation benchmarking tools and HRIS systems. Familiarity with systems such as Oracle or Workday is advantageous.
Given the international scope of our Group and the responsibilities involved, proficiency in English and French at a C1 level is required.
