We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and contribute to our growth strategy. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders, including WW VP, R&D, Global Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality, to drive budget, forecast, and analysis processes. As an FP&A expert, you will report to the FP&A Director and be part of a team of 2 analysts. Your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to the Finance Director, ensuring reliable data and analysis for decision-making and planning, and driving continuous improvements.
About the RoleAs a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for managing Annual Strategic Review (ASR) and Budget submissions, providing key figures and Risks & Opportunities analysis to VPs, and communicating closely with regional financial leaders. You will also deliver monthly reports on actual performance and ad-hoc reports as requested by Corporate. Additionally, you will be a member of the LT from each WW Function.
Responsibilities- Manage ASR and Budget submissions for WW Function Finance leaders.
- Provide key figures and Risks & Opportunities analysis to VPs.
- Communicate closely with regional financial leaders.
- Deliver monthly reports on actual performance.
- Participate in WW Finance projects related to your responsibilities.
We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of professional accounting/finance experience, preferably in a large international business environment. You should have a strong knowledge of Finance and proven understanding of Excel, SAP, and data visualization tools. FP&A analysts must demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various management levels across the organization. Self-motivation, pro-activeness, flexibility, adaptability, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Dedication to Collaboration and co-operation, sharing of information, and an excellent eye for business are key to success in this position.
