We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Manager to oversee the construction activities for a major nuclear new build project in Derby.
OverviewThe successful candidate will lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of HVAC systems that meet stringent requirements within the nuclear sector.
Key Responsibilities- Construction Leadership: Lead the HVAC construction activities, aligning with overall project goals, timelines, and safety and quality standards.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other construction discipline leads, the Client, and design partners to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
- Project Execution: Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of all HVAC construction activities, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC construction within the nuclear or energy sectors.
- Proven track record in new build EPC projects, particularly on brownfield sites.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, nuclear safety regulations, and construction practices.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including security clearance support, travel opportunities, and professional development programs.
