  • Store operational hours include Sundays until 1:00 pm

Profile:

  • Expertise in meat cutting techniques
  • Thorough understanding of hygiene, safety, and sanitary regulations (DLC, traceability)
  • Basic knowledge of management principles (leading by example, team coordination)
  • Proficient in computer applications

Responsibilities:

  • Support the head butcher in both laboratory and sales area operations
  • Manage stock levels in terms of variety and volume based on store turnover
  • Maintain strict oversight of product freshness and presentation, adhering to sanitary standards
  • Enhance shelf management in line with commercial trends
  • Drive sales through customer loyalty initiatives
  • Oversee team operations in the absence of the head butcher (planning and organizing tasks)
