Amazon Web Services is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Manager to join our team in the Paris area. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day physical security operations of our data centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the physical security posture of assigned sites with the support of the security guard force vendor.
- Develop and maintain specific knowledge of operational process paths within the data center to identify security vulnerabilities.
- Provide guidance and direction to contract security officers to maximize the effectiveness of the Security department.
- Create and constantly improve procedures, processes, and workflows using data and metrics to identify issues and areas of improvement.
- Support out-of-hours emergency activities at nights and weekends remotely and on-site.
- 3+ years of experience within a similar role in the public or private security industry.
- ~3+ years of experience using data and metrics to improve processes and/or customer satisfaction.
- Candidate must have or be eligible to pass the SSIAP1 and TFP APS.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to company tools for data gathering and analysis.
