Job Overview

We are seeking an Art Director for Skincare Projects to join our team. As an Art Supervisor, you will work in collaboration with and under the responsibility of Creative Directors. Your primary responsibility will be the creation and supervision of skincare projects for a prestigious brand.

  • You will utilize the client's marketing strategy, brand's visual and creative platform, and work with the sales team to enhance and bring the brand's creative territory to life.
  • You will ensure brand image consistency with the creative direction.
  • You will create and supervise end-to-end production 360, with the ability to manage productions with influencers.
  • You will supervise the creative team, being able to lead, guide, and manage art directors, web designers, and motion designers. You will stay updated on trends and share them with the team.
  • You will conduct creative research to understand the role of creation and experience in business transformations.
  • You will present creative work in competitions or various client projects.

Requirements

  • You are a graduate of a higher school of graphic arts, with a minimum of 8/10 years of significant experience, ideally in a communication agency or with an advertiser.
  • You are creative, with a strong sense of aesthetics, expertise in skincare or luxury cosmetics. You have a solid artistic culture and a deep sensitivity to the luxury and cosmetics brand universe.
  • You are able to build strong creative universes and illustrate them with relevant references.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have demonstrated managerial abilities.
  • You are attentive to client expectations and able to defend your creative work.
  • You have an excellent command of English.
