About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Network Animator. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our network of optical stores in the Île-de-France region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Animate and support our network of optical stores in the Île-de-France region, providing guidance and expertise to ensure commercial success.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to deploy promotional campaigns and optimize product offerings.
  • Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our optical store partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial and sales experience, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our optical store partners.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement, with a focus on driving business growth and development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
  • Fluency in French and English, with a strong understanding of the French business environment.
