Senior Segment Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Segment Leader to drive the CAB segment strategy for Volvo Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the segment strategy in collaboration with the global buyer network and cross-functional colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the CAB segment strategy to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive commercial negotiations and cost reduction
- Contribute to the development of the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and ideas
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the CAB segment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- A business-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability
