Your key responsibilities include:

• Conceptualization and Design: Create and develop pioneering solutions for agricultural building construction, particularly focusing on the application of concrete materials.
• Testing and Validation: Perform experiments and evaluations in partnership with our field teams.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work collaboratively to incorporate your designs into our product offerings.
• Project Leadership: Organize, implement, and oversee construction initiatives in conjunction with subcontractors and internal departments.
• Industrial Support: Establish the essential tools and methodologies for product manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in construction engineering or a related field, with a keen interest in concrete applications. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in construction will also be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Essential knowledge in carpentry, roofing, cladding, and ventilation systems.
• Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing projects and collaborating with subcontractors.
