RAMS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled RAMS Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the RAMS activities and ensuring deliverables align with our QCD commitments.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage RAMS activities and deliverables for tenders, projects, and programs
- Develop and coordinate the RAMS engineering team and external contractors
- Provide proactive solutions to complex issues involving multiple stakeholders
- Report on RAMS activity progress and manage risks
- Collaborate with the Central RAMS Office to improve Alstom standards

- An engineering degree with a focus on RAMS or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Experience or understanding of RAMS assessment and demonstration
- Knowledge of rail industry products and standards
- Familiarity with team leadership and project management
- A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both French and English
