HSE Specialist

iGO Solutions, a joint venture between Air France Industries, Sabena technics, and the Dubreuil group, offers maintenance services for various aircraft types. As a HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and developing the company's QSE policy. Your mission will involve supporting various services in developing actions and applying regulations and procedures related to workplace safety, environmental respect, and security.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Train and sensitize employees on HSE best practices and risk prevention.
• Perform audits and develop prevention programs to reduce workplace incidents and accidents.
• Monitor regulatory updates and anticipate the impact of future decisions.
• Develop and maintain necessary documents, including the Document Unique and Prevention Plans.
• Participate in safety-related meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead investigations and develop reports following workplace incidents.
• Establish and maintain relationships with airport stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. You should have a strong understanding of environmental and regulatory requirements, as well as experience in risk management and safety procedures.
