Accor is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate External Communications Specialist to join our Global Corporate Communications team. As a key member of the Image & Influence unit, you will play a critical role in coordinating and executing comprehensive, cross-functional projects on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze Accor's news, the hospitality sector, and competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
- Engage in proactive social media listening to safeguard Accor's e-reputation and moderate social media comments with the operational support of our agency.
- Analyze emerging media trends and platforms to inform our content strategy.
- Craft briefs and speeches for Top Management and Executive Committee members, and coordinate the improvement of our Newsroom.
- Oversee the 360 editorial calendar in collaboration with our agency, aligning content with current events and strategic objectives.
- Brief our social media agency for campaigns and always-on content, and handle requests from journalists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Participate in external events organization, such as financial results and general assembly, and foster a robust network of media contacts.
- Assist in developing and deploying corporate influence campaigns, and organize and coordinate photo and video shoots to ensure alignment with our brand's image and messaging.
- Engage in collaborative, cross-functional projects with internal clients across various departments, including CSR, Procurement, Talent & Culture, DEI, and brands.
- Hold a degree from a business school or university (equivalent to Master's level).
- Exhibit exceptional editorial and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and excellent adaptability, versatility, and autonomy.
- Be a team player, curious, creative, and proactive, with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to making a positive impact worldwide.
