The Group Internal Control department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a Group Internal Control Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in risk management, compliance, and internal audit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Internal Control Framework
Collaborate with business experts to develop and implement an internal control framework that ensures the effective management of risk and compliance across the organization.
Test and Validate Internal Control SystemTest the efficiency of the internal control system with pilot countries and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support Roll-out of Group's Rules and ControlsSupport the roll-out of Group's rules and 1st level controls within subsidiaries and ensure their effective implementation.
Implement Internal Control IT ToolAssist in the implementation of an internal control IT tool to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Global Coordination of Internal Control Works- Assist in Running International Network of Internal Controllers
Assist in running the international network of internal controllers and provide support to local controllers in monitoring their action plans and recommendations issued by Group Internal Audit.
Prepare Self-Assessment Campaigns and Control SheetsPrepare self-assessment campaigns and control sheets in the internal control platform and ensure key controls are carried out properly.
Administrate Internal Control PlatformAdministrate the internal control platform, including documentation management, risk management, and controls monitoring.
Improve Internal Control System ContinuouslyImprove the internal control system continuously and ensure its effectiveness in managing risk and compliance.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and internal audit, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a project mode. You will also need to be able to adapt to cultural and organizational differences and have good communication skills. A Master's degree in Management, Food Sciences, or an MBA is required, and at least 3 years' experience within the Group is preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory, and a second foreign language is an asset.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, and you will be expected to work independently to achieve results. You will also be required to travel internationally, approximately 10% of the time.
