Position Overview:


We are in search of a Plant Retail Manager (M/F) for our esteemed client, a leader in the retail sector specializing in flowers, plants, seeds, fertilizers, pet supplies, local produce, and agricultural products.

In this role, you will report directly to the store manager and be responsible for overseeing the plant and retail division. Your key duties will include:

  • Driving economic performance within the department
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Leading and motivating sales teams
  • Contributing to strategic decision-making processes within the store
Candidate Profile:
