Job Summary
The BCBA Instructional Facilitator will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective instructional strategies and interventions. This position requires a strong background in behavior analysis and a passion for working with students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement instructional strategies and interventions to support student learning and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to students
- Conduct observations and data analysis to inform instructional decisions
- Provide professional development and coaching to teachers on effective instructional strategies and interventions
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in behavior analysis and instructional design
Requirements
- Advanced degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Applicational experience with tiered levels of supports and data analysis
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
