About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Malongo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients in the café, hotel, and restaurant sectors, as well as identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow your client portfolio, including cafes, hotels, and restaurants
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to develop and implement sales plans

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in French and English
