Healthcare Assistant

ADMR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
• Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
• Participate in care planning and goal setting with clients and their families
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Diploma in Healthcare or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with older adults or individuals with disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
