About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Watch Sales Associate to join our team at Galeries Lafayette. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our diverse selection of timepieces, and contributing to the success of our luxury watch department.
Your Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with every customer who enters the store, building rapport and understanding their needs.
- Offer expert advice on a wide range of watch brands and styles, tailoring your recommendations to individual preferences and budgets.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and its exceptional timepieces, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with every interaction.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting store environment, contributing to the overall visual appeal and customer experience.
About You
We are looking for an individual who possesses a genuine passion for watches, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow within our luxury retail environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury watch industry is highly desirable.
- A natural ability to build rapport with customers and create lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a seamless customer experience.
