With a dedicated team, we focus on organizing excursions and tours throughout southern Morocco, including camel trekking adventures. Our expertise lies in 4×4 adventure travel and hiking, allowing us to create memorable journeys from the High Atlas mountains to the vast southern Moroccan desert, including family treks with camels alongside Nomadic guides. We also arrange 4X4 tours that navigate through picturesque gorges and historic kasbahs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Italian-speaking sales consultant to enhance our partner agency's operations in Morocco. In this role, you will handle inquiries from travelers via the Evaneos platform, serving as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients. Evaneos collaborates with over 1000 local travel agencies across more than 160 destinations, playing a vital role in recruiting sales consultants for its partner agencies. Being part of an Evaneos partner agency means committing to the advancement of responsible tourism and crafting unique, ethical travel experiences that reflect Evaneos' values and commitment to quality.

Your Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant in Morocco

Reporting to the management team, you will oversee the Italian market. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing tailored travel advice to meet customer expectations:
  • Engaging with travelers through the Evaneos platform
  • Identifying travelers' needs and preferences
  • Offering insights into destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities
  • Coordinating all logistical aspects of the trip:
  • Aligning travelers' requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities based on their budget
Additional Information

Contract Type: Freelance

Location: Remote, with the agency based in Ouarzazate

Compensation: Commission-based on sales (approximately 7 to 8%), to be discussed

Preferred Qualifications

You should be fluent in Italian and have a strong command of English.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the tourism sector and prior sales experience is required.

A deep understanding of Morocco, including its culture, traditions, and attractions, is essential.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are necessary.

Having freelancer status is a prerequisite.

A good level of French is advantageous.

You should be adaptable and open to unexpected challenges.

Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial.
