You play a key role in our department, maintaining systems and performing tasks that support our continuous improvement processes and culture. Your responsibilities include data collection, ensuring accuracy, promoting CI progress, and tracking department KPI scorecards.
How You Will Contribute
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques, and help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
- Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
- Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
- Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities
What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:
- CI and high-performance work systems experience
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
- Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
- Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
- Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
- Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
- Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
Your Main Activities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze economic performance data for production lines (raw materials, labor, etc.)
- Identify, propose, and implement corrective actions in case of deviations from predictions
- Perform weekly and monthly monitoring of industrial activity (productivity, etc.)
- Calculate gains on investment projects (CAPEX)
- Challenge current practices and determine areas for improvement to contribute to operational efficiency
- Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders as a delegated buyer
Required Profile
- You hold a degree in management or finance, or an engineering degree corresponding to the tasks assigned
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in industry on a similar position
- You have solid financial skills
- You have good analytical, prioritization, and communication skills
- You have an operational level of English (mandatory)
- You are oriented towards the field and continuous improvement
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
