Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of cleanliness personnel;
- Coordinate and guide a group of 6 to 10 cleanliness staff;
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily cleaning activities;
- Review completed tasks and communicate findings to management;
- Onboard and integrate new cleanliness personnel;
- Deliver foundational training to cleanliness staff (techniques, products, equipment, conduct, etc.);
- Uphold hygiene and safety regulations on-site;
- Facilitate safety discussions on-site.
Enhance Client Relationships:
- Conduct quality assurance assessments on cleaning operations;
- Guarantee client satisfaction through high service standards;
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and prevention strategies;
- Monitor compliance with cleanliness fundamentals (equipment, products, uniforms, schedules, methodologies, etc.);
- Optimize the use of human and material resources to fulfill client requirements;
- Schedule site evaluations: quality assessments, on-site inspections, safety discussions.
Deliver Cleaning Services:
- Engage in cleaning, maintenance, and related duties;
- Adhere to specific and mandatory guidelines;
- Accommodate client requests;
- Meet established deadlines;
- Adjust work organization according to defined rhythms.
