Helpdesk Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Engineer to join our team at Virtuos in Paris. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing technical support to users who require assistance with various software and hardware issues. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex problems, developing creative solutions, and implementing these solutions to resolve technical issues efficiently.

You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, manage user accounts, and perform routine system maintenance tasks. A high level of technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in a gaming or IT-related industry. Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and Mac OS, is required. Experience with cloud-based services such as Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure AD is also highly valued.
