Role Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer in the Asset Management division, your role will encompass a variety of projects, including:
- Strategic Consulting: Assisting in strategic decision-making and the execution of optimized asset management strategies across the water, waste, and energy sectors; performing maintenance audits and providing actionable recommendations; aiding clients in the development and potential certification of their asset management frameworks.
- Implementation of Tools: Facilitating the rollout of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and decision-support tools.
- Asset Management Planning and Renewal: Conducting risk assessments, evaluating asset conditions, performing cost-benefit analyses, devising optimization strategies, planning renewals, and contributing to tender submissions.
- Technical Assistance: Enhancing methodologies, tools, and project initiatives; preparing production and financial documentation.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a BAC+5 engineering degree with a focus on asset management or maintenance, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You should have a robust understanding of infrastructure maintenance in sectors such as water, sanitation, energy, or industrial assets. Familiarity with ISO 55001, asset management tools (CMMS, GIS), performance metrics, and database management is essential. You must demonstrate autonomy, strong writing capabilities, and the ability to foster client relationships, with fluency in both French and English. Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous. This position may require occasional travel.
