Job Title: Legal Counsel - Contract Negotiations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Lyon. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on regulatory developments and establish resolution strategies
  • Act as a business partner, providing legal advice and support to peers and management
  • Ensure claims and disputes are handled effectively
  • Provide internal training on legal and compliance issues
  • Monitor and govern contracts

Requirements:

  • French Law Degree
  • Minimum four years of experience in a law firm or industrial sector
  • Experience in Automotive industry is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Results-oriented and pragmatic approach
