## Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced risk and actuarial professional to join our team at AXA. As an actuarial and risk internal auditor, you will be part of the Group Finance and Risk Management Audit team, responsible for monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the internal control and risk management framework operated within the Group.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct internal audit reviews covering risk management and P&C actuarial topics
* Support internal audit teams of subsidiaries when auditing P&C and risk management actuarial related topics
* Develop and maintain audit programs on P&C and risk management themes
* Perform quarterly reporting of audit issues to the Group top management
* Actively contribute to building the Risk Management & Actuarial Community
* Assist in developing R&D tools, e.g., use of Data Analytics in audits
* Play an active role in recruiting and developing skills within the team
* Participate in ad-hoc projects bringing technical expertise
* Liaise with other actuarial family members within the Group

## Requirements

* Strong technical understanding of P&C insurance business, including pricing and underwriting, with over 7 years of experience
* Proficiency in English and French (both essential)
* Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to perform audits on technical risk management concepts
* Willingness to travel for up to 10% of the time
* A good understanding of Solvency II and IFRS17 would be highly valued
