Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidate requirements and craft customized VAE pathways.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to candidates during their validation journey.
  • Develop and organize validation documentation, ensuring adherence to certification standards.
  • Work collaboratively with evaluators and validation committees to maintain high standards of assessment integrity.
  • Engage in the ongoing enhancement of VAE methodologies and the refinement of educational resources.
  • Remain updated on legislative developments and industry best practices related to VAE.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational background in training, education, or human resources.
  • Extensive experience in VAE, adult education, or professional development.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening abilities, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software and training management systems.
  • Familiarity with certification standards and validation procedures.
