Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Growth Specialist to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a Marketing Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Creation
    1. Develop and publish high-quality content on our website, including articles, tutorials, and landing pages.
    2. Optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings and drive more traffic to our site.
  2. Marketing Campaigns
    1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including TikTok and Meta.
    2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Project Management
    1. Assist the project manager in coordinating marketing projects, including creating briefs for the R&D and UX teams.
    2. Participate in the go-to-market strategy for new marketing campaigns.
  4. Partnerships
    1. Analyze and respond to inquiries from brands interested in partnering with HomeByMe.
    2. Monitor market trends and identify potential partners for our business.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in marketing and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and at least 4-6 months of experience in a marketing role.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress is required, with knowledge of Photoshop and other design tools a plus.

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and be able to analyze data to inform marketing decisions.

Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is required, with proficiency in French a plus.
