Job Title: Butchery Team Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a workforce of 60 personnel within the butchery division
  • Manage production workflows to align with customer specifications
  • Optimize production line configurations
  • Facilitate communication between management and various departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Drive initiatives for operational enhancements related to management and production
Qualifications: A background in technical or managerial roles within the food sector, ideally in meat processing. Must be proactive and decisive in decision-making.
