Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and address open IT support requests on a daily basis, guaranteeing prompt resolutions.
- Evaluate and enhance performance metrics to boost team effectiveness, ensuring adherence to service expectations.
- Establish and nurture effective communication pathways with team members and users to promote seamless remote collaboration.
- Act as the primary contact for intricate IT challenges, offering expert advice and assistance.
- Oversee and assess the progress of IT projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Regularly review systems for necessary updates and security patches, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance IT operations and team development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading global IT teams, with a solid grasp of remote team dynamics.
- Proficient in Office 365, Azure, Intune, and network troubleshooting, including familiarity with SonicWall.
- Skilled in managing multiple IT disciplines and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication abilities in English, capable of fostering relationships and guiding a team across various time zones.
- Proven capability to function at a high technical level while maintaining a strategic management focus.
- Technical proficiency equivalent to a Level 3 Technician.
