Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer guidance and training to clients regarding current technologies and corporate protocols.
  • Exhibit flexibility and availability for both domestic and international travel.
  • Assist clients with training and insights on Point72-related technologies and transformations.
  • Prepare written documentation, updates, and root cause analyses on IT issues for management as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a focus on Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with market data and electronic trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Neovest, etc.
  • Experience in scripting and automation utilizing tools like PowerShell, Splunk, etc.
