Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SRC Manager to join our Customer Relations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures, and working with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

The SRC Manager will be responsible for:

  • Defining drug production with customers and principals
  • Registering orders and following them through to delivery and invoicing
  • Managing customer complaints and production anomalies
  • Implementing improvement points for order management processes

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in an international dimension. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work with IT systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bac +5 (engineering or business school)
  • At least 5 years' professional experience in a customer service position
  • Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, databases)
  • Professional English
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
