We are seeking a seasoned and highly experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Aga Khan Health Services, Pakistan.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the internal audit function, ensuring that our operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and our internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a risk-based audit plan to ensure that our operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and our internal policies and procedures.
- Supervise and manage a team of internal auditors to ensure that audits are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review and analyze audit findings and recommendations to ensure that they are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide guidance and support to management on audit findings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure that our operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Chartered Accountant Finalist / Cost and Management Accountant / ACCA qualified or equivalent qualification.
- Seven years of experience in internal auditing, with at least two years in a managerial role.
- Strong investigative and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and work with a high degree of integrity.
- Result-oriented and deadline-driven with demonstrated organization skills and the ability to multi-task and assume changing responsibilities.
