Nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de Train Design (Mécanique) chez Alstom. En tant qu'Architecte Ferroviaire, vous serez chargé de coordonner et d'exécuter les activités de conception de trains en respectant les exigences techniques, les cahiers des charges clients, les budgets et les plannings définis.
Missions clés :
- Coordonner les activités de conception de trains avec les différents acteurs du projet.
- Piloter la coordination des métiers : aménagement intérieur, cabine, structure de caisse, intégration des équipements mécaniques.
- Définir les architectures de rames : agencement des sièges, disposition des équipements.
- Assurer la résolution des problèmes d'intégration mécanique.
- Assurer le suivi des études des disciplines transverses telles que le gabarit, l'acoustique, l'éco-conception, l'ergonomie, l'aérodynamique, etc...
- Etablir les plans de validation et certification en collaborant avec le département Validation.
- Accompagner les équipes Sourcing, Industrialisation et Production durant la phase de développement du produit.
Compétences requises :
- Expérience de 3 à 4 ans en tant qu'Ingénieur Mécanique dans le secteur ferroviaire.
- Satisfaction client et capacité à mener à bien un projet en respectant les exigences.
- Bon communicant, sens des priorités et structuré.
- Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle, multi-sites et internationale.
- Maitrise du français et de l'anglais.
